I arrived and they had clearly messed up my appointment by letting someone take my slot. They made this worse by trying to cover it up (different staff telling contradictory things). Worst of all, I had all my pre-checks with another patient in the same room! The room was so small - two patients with two staff - that I couldn't hear the instructions properly. After this I was told I had to wait 25mins before the main eye test. Thinking that I would not trust my eyes to anyone who couldn't run a basic appointment system, I walked out.
