- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-10, by veronica rBad experience not help at all. My husband bought a huge buy, he ask for help to load in the van. Assistants said to him we will do, never came to him. I wouldn't recommend to do on your own if you buy bulky items. Assistants prefer chatting away or pretending to be busy. No one monitoring assistant to help customers or ask if u need help. Terrible customer service.
