  A great disappointment! Second visit with same hairdresser, as results the first time had been good. Always difficult to find a reliable hairdresser when you are new to an area, so I was hopeful for the same outcome. Unfortunately on this occasion I was not in luck. To start, she was running behind by 40+ minutes which was inconvenient as I was advised to take a walk and return after 20, yet still ended up waiting! Results from the haircut, very poor. I had made it very clear what I do and don't like ( never to be short at the front!) yet this was disregarded and I ended up with a style I hate and absolutely does not look good. Probably the worst haircut in my life! The stylist was very distracted and on two occasions whilst she was cutting my hair I noted her to be looking elsewhere all the while continuing to chop away and be scissor happy. As I couldn't believe what I was seeing I was stunned into silence. My hair was hacked away to within an inch of its life and just looks a hot mess. There is no 'style' just an irregular arrangement of very short messy layers. The only consolation being that it will grow.... eventually .... but I'll have to wear a headscarf in the meantime. The colour was nice but not as bright as the first time, yet as my hair was cut too short it was actually cut out and the back left with a leopard spot type appearance. A total disaster and complete waste of money. Needless to say, I won't be recommending or returning to this salon!!
