  DRL Removals gentlemen Steven, Stuart & Les were terrific in coordinating our move early March this year. Duncan was our original contact and really instilled confidence in us all, describing every inch of how DRL would perform on the day. Steven, Stuart & Les were fantastic thoughtful, professional and thorough fellas that ensured everything was handled carefully and with precision! A truly wonderful trio who became part of our family if only for one day in March, but were really essential in helping our busy little family not stress or worry about anything at all. Thank you fellas for excellent reliable service and helping us move without any hint of worry at all! We thoroughly recommend DRL & the wonderful chaps who thoughtfully & strategically planned our move & performed it just perfectly! Great company all day & every day! Thank you chaps!

  “We were having great difficulty in finalising the sale of our house and time was running out on us at the end of November because we were flying off to spend the month of December with our son and his family in Australia. Our Estate Agent recommended DRL as being extremely flexible and obliging – and so it turned out. We had a visit from Duncan on the Monday, followed by a quotation with an excellent price. The house Exchange of Contracts was delayed and delayed and, eventually, went through at 4.45 pm on the Thursday of that same week! Duncan had his team pencilled in for a Thursday move which was then delayed to the Friday!! I phoned him at 4.50 pm (he needed to know by 5pm!) and he and his team swung into action. They packed us up on the Friday (with a few last-minute bits on the Saturday morning) and moved us in to our new abode on the Saturday. A car came to pick us up at 6 am on the Sunday to take us to the airport! The DRL team were all incredible. They worked extremely hard and professionally but still had time to pull each other’s legs and enjoy a laugh with us. The teamwork was excellent and they put in a very long day on the Friday. Despite that late finish, they arrived at our new home – a first-floor flat (with lift!) on the Saturday morning and worked like Trojans until the job was finished. We are so grateful for the ‘can-do’ attitude, the care, the precision, the good humour and the sheer hard work and effort which you all put in. Coupled with that, Duncan, you rescued us from a very difficult situation where despair was setting in. We are happy to whole-heartedly recommend DRL for a fantastic service.
