  I really wish I could leave a positive review. I firmly believe in supporting small, locally-run, family businesses which is why we chose to go to Granleys - I was the one who convinced my wife! We ordered 2 x kitchen blinds, 1 x roller blind and shutters for the whole of the front of the house = £3,000 worth of business. Everything was fine until the kitchen blinds arrived. Due to a clerical error they were too short. The fitter was suitably embarrassed. He said he would reorder them as soon as he got back. We heard NOTHING for weeks which was when we rang. They admitted to knowing about it and apologised for not getting in touch. They finally got them ready for reinstallation. On the day of refitting, the fitter turned up 3 hours early!!! - lucky I was in - as he happened to be in the area. On fitting, he noticed a slat was missing. He promised he would deal with it personally. Weeks went by AGAIN. When I contacted them, they knew nothing about it blaming the fitter. The slat appeared within a few days (another day waiting in for them!). When I went in to pay for everything they didn’t even offer an apology, a discount, a refund – nothing! I asked and they gave me £37!!!!!......£37!!!!!.....The roller blind was fitted without an issue. The shutters also finally arrived and were fitted and now…..they have bits falling off them. So, what kind of a review was I supposed to leave? I leave you to decide!
