- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-08-30, by Anita FernTo purchase a book that was on offer with my newspaper which was downstairs, after waiting in a queue I was told I had go upstairs to find the book but then couldn't purchase the book upstairs because their computer tills were not working, so then had to walk down the stairs and wait in the queue again on the ground floor. Not very customer friendly.
