My girlfriend tried to order me a gift through click and collect from this wickes, they told her they could get it. They delayed this date before informing her that it was in fact impossible for her to get it. She is now very upset and angry and hasn't looked at me since they told her they couldn't get it. She now feels she has ruined the week. Maybe next time you make a promise check that its achievable beforehand.
